The Glenlivet

The Glenlivet Distillery sits in a wild and remote glen, its history laced with drama and intrigue.
So in every bottle of whisky we make, we capture as much of the spirit of the glen as we can.
Here at The Glenlivet we’ve never been afraid to mix things up.
We invite you to the heart of Scotland’s whisky-making country to see it for yourself. Here, you can experience the rare conditions of our remote location. You’ll learn how our founder, George Smith, established the first licensed distillery in the parish of Glenlivet, and defended it from smugglers.
To this day we continue George Smith’s vision to break traditions, set new standards and move things forward; selecting exceptional unique casks, finishes and liquids and delivering unique serves and cocktails to open up the world of single malt to all.
We have a selection of immersive whisky experiences available during your visit as well as an extensive range of The Glenlivet Single Malt to purchase including vintage and distillery exclusives. We also have a brand new Drawing Room bar where you can taste our whiskies by the dram, shake things up with a cocktail or taste some of our original bar snack pairings.
