Strathisla

Strathisla Distillery was established in 1786 on the banks of the river Isla, making it the oldest continually operating distillery on The Malt Whisky Trail. Today, it is also considered to be one of the most picturesque distilleries in Scotland.

With its short, small copper stills and natural spring water, Strathisla produces a full-bodied single malt Scotch whisky. As described by Jenna Collins, “This classic Speyside malt is bursting with orchard & garden fruits and has a rich buttery note to carry both sweetness and spice’.
